He highlighted China’s pivotal role in regional and global economic dynamics and expressed sincere gratitude to the Chinese government and Guangxi authorities for their warm and respectful reception.

The Deputy Prime Minister underscored that Vietnam’s Party, State, and people consistently regard the consolidation and growth of Vietnam-China relations as a strategic priority. Both leaders expressed satisfaction with the positive momentum in Vietnam-China relations, particularly following recent high-level visits that have shaped the strategic direction of bilateral ties. To further deepen bilateral relations, the two Deputy Prime Ministers agreed to intensify coordination between ministries and localities to effectively implement high-level agreements. They emphasized the importance of practical cooperation across various sectors to ensure continued progress in the relationship. Ho Duc Phoc proposed the active arrangement of high-level visits and the effective implementation of key exchange mechanisms. He also urged enhanced cooperation on infrastructure connectivity, particularly cross-border rail and road links. Additionally, he requested Chinese support for Vietnam’s feasibility studies on the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong standard gauge railway and the planning of the Lang Son-Hanoi and Mong Cai-Ha Long-Hai Phong standard gauge railways. He also called for further market access for Vietnamese agricultural and aquatic products and encouraged Chinese investment in high-quality, technologically advanced projects in Vietnam. Furthermore, Ho Duc Phoc advocated for expanded cultural, educational, aviation, and tourism exchanges.
